Responsibility
- Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized grilling station, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor food quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed to meet guest expectations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking ingredient levels and minimizing waste.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic work environment.
- Provide support to other kitchen stations as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or grilling station is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
