Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance metrics, including sales and customer feedback.
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and health/safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
