Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, setting the tone for their Madame Tussauds experience.
  • Provide accurate information about wax figures, exhibits, and attraction features to enhance guest engagement.
  • Assist with ticketing, crowd management, and queue organization to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment in all guest areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during peak hours and special events.
  • Upsell merchandise, photo opportunities, and VIP experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality with a passion for engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
