Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, setting the tone for their Madame Tussauds experience.
- Provide accurate information about wax figures, exhibits, and attraction features to enhance guest engagement.
- Assist with ticketing, crowd management, and queue organization to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment in all guest areas.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during peak hours and special events.
- Upsell merchandise, photo opportunities, and VIP experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality with a passion for engaging with diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Well-groomed appearance and adherence to company dress code standards.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is preferred.
