Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor a team of F&B service staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest-centric service.
- Oversee daily operations of in-suite dining and pool bar services, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to Accor's service standards.
- Develop and implement innovative service strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with kitchen and beverage teams to ensure timely, high-quality food and drink delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotations, and collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal supply levels.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to exceed expectations.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on service protocols, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a pristine and safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within F&B, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, guest-focused environments.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including wine and cocktail pairings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Certification in hospitality management, food safety (e.g., HACCP), or related fields is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hotel management software is an advantage.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail in service execution.
