Responsibility
- Perform a variety of professional massage and body treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and Balinese massage.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand guests' needs and recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and inviting treatment environment in accordance with spa standards.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest wellness trends and techniques through continuous training and development.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Certification in massage therapy or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Body Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa or hotel setting.
- Proficiency in multiple massage techniques, with a strong focus on guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
- Knowledge of retail products and the ability to promote spa offerings effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
