Responsibility

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets by implementing promotional strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met at all times in accordance with company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, staff performance metrics, and other operational data to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with the management team to organize local events and community engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize operational processes.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
