Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets by implementing promotional strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met at all times in accordance with company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, staff performance metrics, and other operational data to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with the management team to organize local events and community engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Proven ability to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize operational processes.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
