Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for hotel operations across multiple locations in Bali.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Conduct market research and cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards for hospitality operations.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast demand, preventing stockouts or excess inventory.
- Evaluate supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate budgeting, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in hospitality procurement to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality or luxury hotel industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and pricing from suppliers.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing purchase orders, contracts, and inventory records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
