Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality food products in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stored, and meet health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace to support smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
- Follow portion control and waste reduction guidelines to optimize cost efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest feedback and dietary requests.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
