Responsibility
- Oversee daily resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Manage and mentor staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
- Coordinate maintenance and safety inspections to uphold resort standards.
- Develop and implement staff schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory and supply levels for guest amenities and operational needs.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with management to improve guest experiences and operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality supervision or management (resort/hotel preferred).
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in English.
- Knowledge of resort operations, including front office and housekeeping.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (PMS).
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
