Responsibility

  • Oversee daily resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
  • Manage and mentor staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
  • Coordinate maintenance and safety inspections to uphold resort standards.
  • Develop and implement staff schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory and supply levels for guest amenities and operational needs.
  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to improve guest experiences and operational workflows.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality supervision or management (resort/hotel preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a guest-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in English.
  • Knowledge of resort operations, including front office and housekeeping.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (PMS).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
