Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring prompt service.

- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

- Assist in training new crew members and provide guidance to junior staff.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or food service role.
