Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design seasonal menus and special promotions that align with the aquarium’s theme.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, budgets, and forecasting, to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume dining establishments with a focus on customer service and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and POS systems.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in themed or luxury dining environments is highly advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
