Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening, closing, and shift management.
- Ensure compliance with quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality (QSCH) standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
