Responsibility
- Provide impeccable, personalized service to guests and residents, anticipating their needs with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage all aspects of household or estate operations, including housekeeping, dining, and guest relations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate with chefs, housekeeping, and security teams to maintain the highest standards of luxury and comfort.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals, beverages, and special events, adhering to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with tact, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of household supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring everything is stocked and in pristine condition.
- Assist with the planning and execution of private events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards, ensuring all guest information and interactions remain secure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler, House Manager, or in a high-end hospitality role (luxury hotels, private estates, or VIP service).
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, French, Mandarin) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Knowledge of fine dining, wine pairing, and international cuisine is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by guest needs.
- Discretion and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
- Certification in hospitality management or butler training (e.g., from the International Butler Academy or similar) is advantageous.
