Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and plating ingredients.
- Provide attentive and professional table service, ensuring guest satisfaction with every interaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces in compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to uphold the restaurant’s reputation.
- Adapt to changing menus and special dietary requests with flexibility and creativity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or culinary environment (entry-level candidates with passion are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Strong work ethic, teamwork, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure.
