Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of hospitality professionals to maintain high service standards
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to curate menus and ensure consistent food quality
  • Handle guest relations, including addressing concerns and gathering feedback for continuous improvement
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in upscale or international establishments
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence in hospitality
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams and clientele
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) is advantageous
