Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement sales growth strategies, including promotions and marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing and motivated team.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, food costs, and budget adherence to optimize profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct regular audits to uphold food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with regional managers and corporate teams to align on business objectives and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a quick-service or fast-food environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and restaurant management software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
