Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of 4-5 White Restaurant outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards, hygiene protocols, and service excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all assigned locations.
- Lead, mentor, and train outlet managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu consistency, quality control, and innovation in line with market trends.
- Implement and enforce SOPs, health/safety regulations, and sustainability practices across all outlets.
- Build strong relationships with local suppliers, vendors, and community stakeholders to enhance operational support.
- Conduct regular audits, performance reviews, and customer feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years in a multi-outlet or cluster leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, cost control, and team development in high-volume restaurants.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, hygiene standards, and local regulatory compliance.
- Flexibility to travel between outlets in Bali and adapt to a dynamic work schedule.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
