Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, cost control, and budget adherence.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory, and staff management.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
