Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, cost control, and budget adherence.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu consistency, quality, and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory, and staff management.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with local health, safety, and labor regulations in Indonesia (preferred).
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
