Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and optimize profitability through cost control.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high morale.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure efficient stock rotation.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to refine menus, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, resolving issues to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role in hospitality.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing P&L in a high-volume dining environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory and staff scheduling.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and restaurant management software.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
