Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, including greeting, assisting with inquiries, and resolving concerns.
- Manage ticket sales, cash handling, and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the daily setup and closure of attraction facilities, ensuring readiness for operations.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of work areas and guest spaces.
- Support retail operations, including merchandise sales, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate crowd control and queue management during peak hours.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as recording attendance, preparing reports, and logging incidents.
- Promote upselling opportunities for tours, souvenirs, or additional services to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or cashier roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems with accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest needs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry is advantageous but not required.
