Responsibility

  • Monitor daily sales targets, inventory levels, and operational costs to optimize profitability.
  • Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
  • Prepare and submit accurate shift reports, including sales, attendance, and incident logs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns and operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the fast-food, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, to meet business demands.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
