Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of staff to ensure efficient store operations during assigned shifts.
- Enforce strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with company and local regulations.
- Monitor daily sales targets, inventory levels, and operational costs to optimize profitability.
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Prepare and submit accurate shift reports, including sales, attendance, and incident logs.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional campaigns and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the fast-food, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, to meet business demands.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
