Responsibility
- Lead and manage the restaurant team, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company SOPs.
- Oversee guest services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to minimize waste and control costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue, improve service quality, and increase customer retention.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless communication and efficient service.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and sales forecasts to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in the food and beverage industry.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
