Join our prestigious luxury resort team in Bali as a Resort Maintenance Technician and play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional standards of our world-class properties. Responsibility
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all resort facilities and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and systems to identify maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Oversee pool and water feature maintenance to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when needed
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and resort standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
- Assist with emergency repairs and participate in disaster preparedness procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality or resort settings
- Technical diploma or certification in electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Experience with pool maintenance and water treatment systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Basic computer skills for maintenance record-keeping
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and work in various weather conditions
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
