Responsibility
- Greet and assist members and guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, membership registrations, and payment processing.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information about services, classes, and facilities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to membership retention strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception area and common spaces.
- Coordinate with management to address member feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and community engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with academy policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, POS systems).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with fitness or wellness industry practices is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or business is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
