Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to hygiene and sanitation.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet daily cleaning schedules and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Willingness to undergo training and follow company guidelines and procedures.
