Responsibility
- Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food, and an exceptional guest experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability through effective resource allocation and sales strategies.
- Develop and implement customer service standards and protocols to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and contribute to hiring processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume hospitality setting.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food & beverage, cost control, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
