Responsibility
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to McDonald's QSC standards
- Supervise team members, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Oversee cash handling procedures and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in training new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement service improvements
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Participate in staff scheduling and workforce planning
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in food service or retail (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office)
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
