Responsibility

  • Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, or themed dining experiences to enhance revenue.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within fine dining, hotels, or upscale restaurants.
  • Proven ability to manage teams of 10+ staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software, and basic financial reporting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
