Responsibility
- Provide personalized concierge services to residents and guests, including travel arrangements, dining reservations, and local activity recommendations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Organize exclusive events, private tours, and VIP experiences tailored to resident preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bali’s luxury offerings, including restaurants, spas, and cultural attractions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold the highest standards of privacy.
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently and escalate issues as needed to maintain satisfaction.
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and ensure all residency requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
