Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, and staff facilities.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas, including tables, chairs, and decor.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation surfaces according to health and safety standards.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Restock supplies like napkins, condiments, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the management team promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or restaurant operations is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 10-15 kg, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols (training provided).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English or Indonesian is beneficial for effective communication.
