Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local authorities.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Drive marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to boost restaurant visibility and sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on training and development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with guests and staff.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
