Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling with care and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the front desk and valet services to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out experiences.
- Provide concise, accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Escort guests to their rooms, highlighting key features and ensuring their immediate needs are met.
- Assist with special requests, such as arranging for additional services (e.g., spa bookings, restaurant reservations).
- Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to the hotel’s grooming and uniform standards.
- Monitor lobby areas to ensure cleanliness, order, and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or luxury service providers).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong physical stamina to lift and transport luggage (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional demeanor.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of local geography and points of interest in Bali.
- Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
