Responsibility
- Oversee and manage multiple food operation locations within the South East Mindanao region.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the region.
Qualifications
