Responsibility
- Ensure all guest rooms, suites, and public areas meet the 5-star cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Restock and replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies to maintain a seamless guest experience.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services, such as extra towels or room refreshes.
- Report and document any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure efficient room turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on best practices in luxury housekeeping.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.
- Familiarity with housekeeping chemicals and equipment is advantageous.
