Responsibility

  • Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
  • Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets all health, safety, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast-food industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
