Responsibility
- Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure the restaurant meets all health, safety, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in the fast-food industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- In-depth knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
