As part of our mission to deliver exceptional dining experiences, you’ll prepare delicious, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a full-time position with a 9-hour workday (8 hours of work + 1-hour break) and shift-based scheduling (café hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM). Whether you thrive in breakfast, lunch, or dinner service, this role offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise while enjoying Bali’s unique work-life balance.

Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to standardized recipes and special orders.
  • Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stored, and meet hygiene and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to avoid shortages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
  • Follow food safety regulations and implement HACCP standards.
  • Assist in menu development and provide input on seasonal or special dish offerings.
  • Handle multiple orders simultaneously with accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant, café, or hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM).
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality, visually appealing dishes.
  • Team player with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (up to 20 kg).
