Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and feedback resolution.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table turnover to optimize capacity and revenue.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues to maintain a positive reputation.
- Assist in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting for front-of-house operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Floor Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar leadership role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with Indonesian hospitality industry and cultural nuances is advantageous.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
