Responsibility
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, seating, and attending to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions, processing payments, and balancing the cash drawer.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, bar, and workstation to ensure a pleasant environment for guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.
- Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and basic mixology is a plus.
