Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments to maintain high service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of department heads and staff to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitor and optimize operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and industry standards across all departments.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and performance targets.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and services to ensure they meet brand and quality standards.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to negotiate contracts and secure cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of hotel management software, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Knowledge of local tourism trends and the hospitality industry in Baguio City is a plus.
