Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
- Prepare and package food orders accurately and efficiently according to Wingstopâs high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking usage to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations during peak hours and ensure smooth service.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with precision and integrity.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and contribute to team growth.
- Uphold Wingstopâs brand standards in food quality, presentation, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role (fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills in English (additional fluency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and adaptable attitude.
- Team player with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work culture.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training will be provided).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurantâs operating hours.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
