Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, following Earthlings’ standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, countertops, and seating areas.
- Educate customers about our coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu offerings with enthusiasm and knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and events.
- Handle cash transactions, process orders accurately, and manage the point-of-sale system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and master barista techniques.
- Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Approachable, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of service.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order processing.
