Responsibility
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, floors, and restrooms
- Prepare and assemble food items according to Nando's standards and recipes
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed
- Uphold Nando's food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Passion for food and creating memorable guest experiences
- Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
