Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms as per hotel protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, and folding linens.
- Respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and guest privacy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
