Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages in a luxury fine dining or buffet setting.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized bar area.
- Engage with guests professionally, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless dining experiences.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist in creating seasonal drink menus.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile end-of-shift reports accurately.
- Train and mentor junior staff on bar operations, customer service, and mixology techniques.
- Adhere to venue policies, including responsible alcohol service and guest conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-volume venues.
- Proven expertise in mixology, including classic cocktails, modern twists, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and beer, with a passion for continuous learning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
