Responsibility
- Oversee daily dining operations to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth workflows.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of servers, hosts, and support staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Monitor and enforce service protocols, hygiene standards, and safety regulations in compliance with local and international guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and cost optimization for dining supplies.
- Support the development and execution of promotional events, themed nights, and special dining experiences to drive revenue and guest engagement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance, guest satisfaction, and team productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality, preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurants.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP, local health codes).
