Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours.
- Monitor guest consumption and discreetly intervene if necessary to promote responsible alcohol service.
- Create and suggest new cocktail recipes to enhance the menu and attract customers.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately for all bar sales.
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Bartender in a fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale bar environment.
- Proven knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and bar tools.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain composed under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
