Responsibility
- Warmly greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, using our POS system.
- Prepare and serve Nandoâs signature dishes, including PERi-PERi chicken, sides, and beverages, while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen stations, and restrooms.
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role is a plus but not requiredâwe provide full training!
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
