Responsibility

  • Warmly greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, using our POS system.
  • Prepare and serve Nando’s signature dishes, including PERi-PERi chicken, sides, and beverages, while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen stations, and restrooms.
  • Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role is a plus but not required—we provide full training!
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a bonus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team player mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
