Responsibility
- Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality Nando's meals according to brand standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests to ensure a great dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, serving, and dining areas.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and manage cash floats effectively.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth kitchen and front-of-house operations.
- Comply with all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate order flow and preparation times.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; hospitality background is a plus.
- Passionate about food and delivering excellent service to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while keeping a smile.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a proactive work ethic.
- Basic command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
