Responsibility
- Prepare and cook Nando's signature meals according to strict quality and safety standards.
- Provide friendly, proactive service to guests, ensuring a welcoming dining atmosphere.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Manage customer orders efficiently, including dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services.
- Handle POS systems and process payments accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow during peak hours.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory organization.
Qualifications
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
