Responsibility
- Prepare and cook Nando’s signature flame-grilled chicken and sides according to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Collaborate with the team to manage orders, minimize wait times, and uphold service excellence.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries and rotating inventory to reduce waste.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency and quality.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in team training and development programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or customer service role (fresh graduates with passion are encouraged to apply).
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (certification is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
